Director of Translational Medicine at Bristol Myers Squibb

Justine Dell’Aringa is director of Translational Medicine at Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) where she leads a team of researchers at the organization's Immuno-Oncology and Cell Therapy Thematic Research Center. In her current role, Justine’s team supports the research of innovative medicines within the organization’s pipeline — most notably the development of gene-modified cell therapies for the treatment of blood disorders.

“Novel therapies for patients with blood disorders are critically important because most patients often won’t respond to or will relapse after their initial treatment.”

Justine has over 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry and has held various positions at BMS and other biopharmaceutical companies. Outside of the workplace, Justine is passionate about volunteering and giving back to the community. In addition to developing the next wave of novel treatments, Justine and her husband are working on another challenging task: building their own house.

Recently, Justine was featured in an Axios piece that highlighted her work in the future of cell therapies in treating blood disorders. Watch the full video below.
