Teri Foy, Ph.D, is the Senior Vice President of Research and Early Development, Immuno-Oncology and Cell Therapy at Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS). In her role, Teri oversees a team of researchers working tirelessly on translating scientific advances in immune effector cell-based therapies into treatments for hematological and solid cancers.

Teri has years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry working to develop and improve novel therapeutics in the areas of oncology and inflammation. Outside of the workplace, Teri is a passionate supporter of women in STEM and actively participates in a number of initiatives to help women with their career development. In 2020, Teri received the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association Luminary award for her work to support the careers of women in the healthcare industry.
